After paying rent, I only have $125 left for the whole month . In my last post, I shared how I lived with 3 envelopes. But after a few months, I realized 3 envelopes were not enough. I kept borrowing from my emergency fund for small things like buying dish soap or replacing my broken sandals. That was a mistake. My emergency fund is for real emergencies, not for soap.
